ReActive Support addressing new / unpredicted needs. Can be a quick question or a major change in company needs that alters processes. Includes diagnosis / analysis of symptoms, issue resolution and testing, revision of policy / procedural changes.
In person "On- Site" visits or "Remote" with online meeting services - or a combo. Hourly rates unless a package is selected.
